I just graduated high school and have recently been recruited to run division 1 cross country and indoor/outdoor track starting in the fall.
In high school my main concentration was cross country. The courses in our state are 4k for girls. In indoor & outdoor track I ran the 3200m along with the steeple chase every once in a while. My PR in the two-mile is 12:06. My goal in my final season of track was to break 12 minutes, but I never quite got to that point.
My reason for starting up at this site is to log and monitor my summer training. My coach would ideally like to see me running 45 miles a week. Right now I'm feeling like I'm in over my head, but hopefully I can step it up and be ready for the fall. |
