| After 4 years of sporadic bouts of running, I've caught the fever again. I spent 10 months running almost everyday with very few breaks. I ran in the rain, in the cold, at 6:00 am, or 11:00 pm, before work, after work, whenever I could. I had a strong passion for running. Long story short, I'm back at it again and loving it! My wife and I are hitting the ground running, litterally. We are running everyday and have been for 2 weeks now. I'm starting the blog to hold myself accountable. So, this is my fresh start! |
