Well I decided to get back into running regularly yesterday despite the cold Canadian weather. I figure if I start now then spring will feel like such a treat.

I have an hour for lunch at work and so I've decided to utilize that time to get my runs in. I won't have any excuses of being to busy or tired at the end of the day.

My inner thighs are a bit sore today. I love the feeling of working out. I also did a pilates work out last night so it's probably a combination of both.
