a bad 10k race @ Veendam City run

Last Sunday I ran the Veendam City Run. The parcours existed of 4 laps each 2.5 KM. Lap times: 11:19, 12:36, 12:26, 11:52. Total time 48:18
The 1st lap went to fast which broke me in the 2nd. In the last lap I was able to accelerate a bit. Although the time isn't that bad I feel unsatisfied about this race. I know I could have run better if I didn't rush that much in the 1st round. |
